bought a honda about a year ago at this place at first i thought they were weird and a lil shady but then i noticed my payments were lower than i expected and even better they help keep my payments low as possible and then a year later traded the honda back in for a 6spd nissan 350z and now my payments are 60 dollars less along with my full coverage insurance 20 dollars less. all in all they people just like you and i and very understanding even better this place is like the home of a hang out. you get great service great car selections and also get your windows tinted for a cheaper price i love it and i love my car

I highly recommend you come visit this great group of guys! I bought a 2012 Kia Forte from them a month ago and have had the best customer service. I had a small problem with my battery dieing on me so they got it replaced no questions asked immediately! A few days later the battery tripped a sensor in my transmission and they jumped on it that day. They put me in a loaner car while mine was at the Kia dealership getting a full diagnoatic. I just got the car back running like new and it costed me nothing out of pocket. Never met such awesome people willing to work with you and make sure your 100% satisfied. I will not buy a vehicle from anywhere else.

Updated review: they actually were really helpful and super friendly. I just thougjt I was lied to but it was my misunderstanding. As for them they were super nice and helpped me get a car way more than any other place would have done with the crappy situation I was in. I didnt live in virgina so I had no address and stuff but they made it possible. I am so grateful for this car for it is my livelihood now literally. I assume the last people whom the car was bought from lied to these amazing crew because when I went to the dealership I found it never had the first oil change. But it has the warranty till next year and I'm glad its been of great service through the crappy situation ive been through. They wont lie they only know what they are told. So yea. Thank you carafellos auto sales. If it wasn't for your great service and honesty going out of your way to help me get a car I wouldn't have a place to live.
